Our Instructors — The Heart of CareBridge
One instructor’s journey began in a bustling urban emergency room, where she honed her skills and developed a love for community care. Another instructor has published in various nursing journals, and actively incorporates real-life case studies into her teaching. Students admire her engaging storytelling and her ability to connect classroom knowledge with real-world applications.
At CareBridge, the instructors focus on care of the whole person and family nursing, encouraging students to enhance their problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. All of the instructors are committed to mentorship and lifelong learning, and share an abundance of clinical stories with their students, drawing connections between theory and practice.

Two good friends—The CareBridge Story
Sharing nursing stories in a window display of a legendary hotel in Vancouver, BC, during a high tea luncheon, two experienced nurses decided to turn their shared vision into reality. Each came from diverse backgrounds—one with a knack for business and experience in the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare education, the other with a strong foundation in leadership and an executive background in healthcare administration.
They shared a common goal: to transform nursing education by creating a healthcare school that focused on realistic, workplace-ready courses, ensuring value for students' money. They knew that students deserved more than just theoretical knowledge—they needed an education that guaranteed tangible results and solid job placements. Both passionate about education, they were equally disheartened by the gaps between classroom teachings and practical applications. They envisioned courses that bridged this divide, empowering students to step confidently into the healthcare field post-graduation.
This spark ignited CareBridge Training Academy, a healthcare training center with a singular focus: delivering education that was practical, affordable, and directly resulted in workplace excellence. They integrated simulation labs, workshops, and internships, making theory come alive. Students wouldn’t just learn about patient care—they would practice it under supervised conditions, gaining confidence and competence. The courses are short in duration yet impactful, making continual learning accessible to anyone.
The curriculum is designed to provide insight, offering mentorship programs that pair students with seasoned nurses.
